The application process for the UCD Network is
centralized at the Sacramento Network Office. Applications and interviews for
all Network programs are coordinated through the Network Recruitment
Coordinator, Audrey Miranda-Tuter. All applications are screened based on merit.
The entire application is evaluated so we ask that you submit all supporting
documents immediately. The deadline for applications to the ERAS system is
December 31st of every year.
Once you have submitted your application(s),
we ask that you use our online schedule in advance option. By using the
interview schedule below as a guideline, list your first, second, and third
choice for interview dates at each program you've applied to. If selected
to interview, every attempt will be made to schedule your interviews in
accordance with those dates. Once you have been selected, an e-mail confirmation
will be sent to you as soon as possible. If we are unable to schedule during
your preferred times, you will be notified. You also have an option to
schedule by phone with the Network office. If your schedule changes for
any reason, you may resubmit your dates: however, once you have been pre-scheduled
or scheduled for interview(s) and received confirmation(s), you must call to
request alternate dates. If you have questions regarding your application or
scheduling interviews, please call Audrey Miranda-Tuter at (800) 792-9064 or
e-mail
audrey.miranda-tuter@ucdmc.ucdavis.edu . To schedule an interview, please click
